The atmosphere felt inviting due to the cozy decor and thoughtful touches in the junior suite. The breakfast spread was impressive, featuring a variety of options that catered to different tastes, ensuring it wasn't just your standard fare.
The outdoor garden view could use more maintenance to match the overall appeal indoors.

I had a wonderful stay at the Customs House. The room, a stunning junior suite, was spacious with great decor. The staff treated me like family, from the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout my stay. Breakfast exceeded my expectations, with a variety of freshly cooked options that were absolutely delicious. The restaurant downstairs had an impressive menu, and the homemade brown bread was a delightful touch. I also enjoyed the view from my room, making mornings special. noise from the street at night was somewhat disruptive, especially being in the town center. It bothered my sleep a bit, but the overall experience was fantastic enough to overshadow this minor issue.

We appreciated the junior suite's layout, especially how it excited our granddaughter with her own big bed and extra space to play. The restaurant's menu was delightful for both her and us, and it was a treat to see her thrilled with her own fluffy bath towel prepared just for her.
The room could use better soundproofing to improve privacy.

Had a suite overlooking the green, and our granddaughter was over the moon excited to see the extra rooms. The restaurant downstairs had an excellent menu, and she devoured everything, especially her fluffy bath towel rolled up just for her—simple things that make kids happy, you know.
It was definitely not cheap but still acceptable.
